TEAM ENTRIES
A total of 500 spots are available for individual and team entries. These will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use one of the files below to complete your entries.
IMPORTANT: Teams who have submitted entries will receive a confirmation by email from the registrar and an invoice containing a link to pay online via Paypal. Invoices must be paid online with a credit card within 5 days of receipt of the invoice. Any entries not paid within this time limit will be considered incomplete and cancelled.
Please note: if there is a possibility that a swimmer may break a provincial, national or world record in an event, please notify officials when you register and/or on deck.
